Hearing Aid Trial Returns
30 Day Refund Policy

If you have
purchased a hearing aid within the past 30
Days and want to return it for a refund:
To return a hearing aid for a refund that you have purchased
within the past 30 days,
you must obtain a Return Product Authorization (RPA)
number from us. Please request an RPA number by
e-mail:
RPA@hearingcentral.com or call us at
847-295-6946. If you send us an e-mail, please include the
following minimum information:
- The date the hearing aid
was purchased
- The name of person
who bought the hearing aid
- Address where the
hearing aid was sent
- Optional - Why the hearing aid was not right
for you
When you receive the RPA number, please do the
following:
- Place the hearing aid and all documentation
into the original box
- Place the box into a standard bubble-wrapped
envelope
- Write the RPA number and the word "RETURNS" on
the outside of the envelope
- Return the hearing aid to:
- "RETURNS" , "RPA#" (The RPA number given to
you)

Before your monies are refunded to
you, we will deduct the following:
- The original shipping/
handling charges. Why? When you paid
the shipping amounts to us, we forwarded them on
to UPS or the Postal Service to ship your package,
and they don't refund any monies to us.
- A $20 restocking fee will be
assessed for each hearing aid.
- If a battery package has been opened, you also will be charged
for the battery pack.
- If you ordered a T-coil option, they were a special
order. In this case, the cost of the
T-Coils will be deducted for each hearing aid as
these were custom made for you.
- All returned hearing aids and packaging must be returned
with no markings or damage! If you write indelible
ink on the hearing aids or mar them in any way there is an additional
damage fee of $80 per hearing aid.
NOTE: If you send us a hearing aid after the
30 days time limit, and without an RPA# written on
the outside of the package, we will send the hearing
aid back to you with no other action on our part.
TEMPORARY ACCEPTANCE BY US OF THE HEARING AID TO
ASCERTAIN WHETHER A VALID RPA# HAS
BEEN ASSIGNED, DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A LEGAL
ACCEPTANCE BY US OF THE HEARING AID . ONLY WHEN A
VALID RPA# IS RECORDED WILL WE ACKNOWLEDGE OUR LEGAL
ACCEPTANCE OF THE PACKAGE.
